I am sometimes asked why I don’t blog more often. The quick answer is that I don’t often have anything to say – at least not anything that I think anyone would be interested in reading.

I spent some time this weekend thinking about improvements and changes that I want to make in my life. From Monday I was going to:
1. Improve my diet, eat more fruit and veg etc.
2. Stick to my diet and so lose weight
3. Get to the gym every day
4. Get trim and fit
5. Track my spending properly, no more impulse purchasing
6. Save more money
7. Throw myself into the Artist’s Way, do my morning pages and tasks
